So I've been doing this workout for 2 months now. Not gonna lie, it took me 4 weeks to finish the whole routine properly. The key is, even though you can't make it on the first try, don't quit! You'll get used to it, and in no time, you'll be able to see the difference! I do 30 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of arms and this everyday and I've lost 4 kgs. My pants have gone down from 28 to 26. I honesty don't really care that much about my weight but I focus more on how I look. I can see lines on my belly now and it feels amazing. Once you see the result, you become addicted!  Be patient and stay motivated! :-)
